Question by Huey: Is it okay to put scotch tape over wires that lead to a fan in a laser printer? I’m pretty sure it’s going to be fine, but I thought I’d ask the experts to see if whether or not I have to worry about scotch tape melting, when placed over the colored wires that lead to the fan in a laser printer. The scotch tape now adheres the wires to the plastic housing around the fan, and eliminates a buzzing noise that was coming from wires that had too much slack. Your opinions are greatly appreciated. Would the distributor out of a big block (454) engine work in a small block (350) engine? Both are Chevrolet engines.
