Q&A: What is a typical percentage that a broker takes for finding venture capital for a company?
Dec 20th
Question by Al C: What is a typical percentage that a broker takes for finding venture capital for a company?
Best answer:
Answer by Net Advisor0.
Registered NASD/ FINRA brokers are prohibited to earn money this way.
If you are talking about non gov licensed brokers then it is whatever you can negotiate. Maybe you might want to start a private equity firm if you can successfully raise cash for other companies.
Good Luck!
