My injury didn’t cause me to have any time off other than the time needed for treatment. Two days later, labor relations tells me I’m suspended for up to 30 days for violating safety rules. My argument is I was just doing my job and slipped up. The union is already arguing for my re-instatement immediately but I wonder if I have any legal recourse.
