Then, the country that provides said cheap labor steals their technology and processes; only to compete with them with….wait for it…their own cheap labor. Doesn’t justice have a sense of irony to it?

In some cases there isn’t any intellectual property at all.
So if you offshore to Burma, Cuba, Vietnam, Iran, or wathever, don’t cry all around the World if your intellectual property gets infringed upon.
