Most everyone has 24×7 ( 24 hours a day , 7 days a week ) ,
That is not really special and most people have broadband ,
Cause dial up is just too painfully slooooooooow .
The lotteries are rip- off scammers who empty your bank account ,
The pay- to – surf pays pennies and you make like $2 / hr if lucky unless you are a demon that charges others in a pyramid like scheme .
Freelance means You have some Talent ( like web page design ) and are known so people hire you on a project by project basis .
