NH Investment Casting Provider Brings Innovation to an Age Old Manufacturing Technology

The process, still in use by investment casting foundries such as Alcumet, is based on the lost-wax investment casting process, which originally used substances such as beeswax to create a mold, which was then used to complete the casting. Given the fact that investment casting can produce parts with extremely close tolerances, the process lends itself perfectly to industries where perfection is a must.
