Question by Danny B: What would the more suitable career choice be for me, pharmacist or biochemical engineer? I have a strong interest in pharmacology but more from a research and development point of view. I know that pharmacy is more of an active medical career where you interact with patients daily. I am more interested in understanding the way chemicals interact with the body on a molecular level and finding new chemicals that can be used for medicinal treatment. So, what career would best be suited to those interests and what kind of degree would be most beneficial for it?
