Question by RB: Is it OK to do aerobics continuously and then do weights? I heard that alternating aerobic exercise with weight every 5 minutes or so is better than separating the two.
For me this would take me more time and kind of inconvenient.
Right now I’m doing straight aerobics in the morning for 45 minutes ( Mon. to Sat.), and weights on Fridays to Sunday.
Is this OK?
