Angie’s Models and Talent and Models International Management both claim to have the success stories and be legitimate businesses – however, they want models to take part in professional model workshops, which cost a thousand dollars for 18 weeks. However, I don’t want to call them scams, because it seems they are really the only agencies in this medium-sized capital of Canada. The local magazines must come from somewhere…

Answer by Ed AtunIt would not be expected. The shares are offered to the public. It is a bit of a gamble since the company doesn’t know if the sale will be successful or not. If not, the investment bank agrees to buy all the shares. The investment bank would not be too happy if many employees were getting guaranteed stock.
The shares can be awarded as bonuses.
